ELT Buzz English YT
Our YouTube channel is vast. But we need your help! Like. Comment. Subscribe. PLZ.
About 3 years ago, the ELT Buzz English YouTube channel started as a focus. Posting consistently and filling with a diverse type of content for both teachers and learners of English. I’ve learned so much along the way (despite my long history with video - much of it leading my former company, EnglishCentral).
We really, really, really, really - need your help with views, subscription and especially commenting (which will help us gain some traction).
Starting this week, I’ll be looking at all the comments and if you are a member of the Lesson Library, providing an upgrade for access. Also, just leave a comment with a username that will help identify you! You’ll get an email notification if/when your library account is upgraded.
But I’d like to take some time here to highlight some of the great channels we have and some other videos that deserve highlighting! Lots for everyone.
For Teachers. Our professional development channel supporting this newsletter. Full of informational videos to provide English language teachers with knowledge, insight and motivation.
For Poetry Lovers. My own choices. 100s of poems with text highlighting the best literature for lessons, learners, teaching poetry and English. Even a seperate channel for our beloved Mary Oliver.
Phonics Practice. Videos highlighting all the sounds of English.
Lectures. Speeches. Subtitled and what we consider some of the best ideas around. Endless curiousity and engagement.
Aesops Fables. All the ones we know so well. Great, quick, short storytelling for any classroom.
Storybooks for Kids. So many great stories, most with text support for ELLs and ready to captivate students.
The Wizard of Oz. Yes, we have the whole book with text and audio! Also, see our many, many other restored Gutenberg Readers. An effort of tender loving care to keep these books alive. Also see these readers about all the famous composers.
Vocabulary. A full playlist of videos to present or study all kinds of vocabulary. Business English, Academic English, Affixes, Thematic vocabulary and more …
I will stop here. The channel has 1,000s of videos and many gems. There are also playlists categoried by CEFR Level. A1 to C2.
Here are just a couple of my favs, that we’ve produced as examples. Look forward in the future as I’ll be holding weekly livestreams and inviting teachers to attend and ask questions, learn together.
Thank you for your support of the channel and anything you can do to get the word out there!

I've already upgraded as paid, 8 commenters on the channel. Thank you all and keep them coming, it will help gain the channel some visibility if and when you comment.
